如何用刀口尺檢定鑄鐵平板工作面的平面度

對于尺寸小于400mm×400mm的研磨平板，可用刀口尺與量塊比較檢定。所有檢定工具應(yīng)符合下表的規(guī)定。

用刀口尺及量塊檢定時(shí)，在平板被檢截面的兩端放置兩塊尺寸相同（1mm或者2mm）的量塊，將刀口尺放在量塊上，在截面被檢點(diǎn)用微米組量塊向刀口尺與平板間的間隙試塞，則量塊組剛剛?cè)霑r(shí)的尺寸與兩端量塊的尺寸差即為被檢點(diǎn)對兩端點(diǎn)連線的偏差。根據(jù)評定原則進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，求得鑄鐵平板工作面平面度。
