正確的刮研姿勢,以右手握刀柄,手心向上,左手握刀身距刀頭頂端約35~50mm處,大拇指壓在刀上,四指卷入刀下盡量使掌心貼近刀身。左手的動作,主要是下壓,指揮方向,找正下刀的部位;右手握住刀柄,使刀身和鑄鐵平板成一定的角度,向前推時左腳前跨,上身向前傾偏斜,以增加左手的壓力,并方便觀察刀前的情況(但也不要前傾過多,否則容易腰疼),在右手前推時左手和腰部應(yīng)稍扭動,以增加推力,否則只靠右臂不能持久的刮研。刮研時刀身與鑄鐵平板所成的夾角以-25°的算是最好,新磨的刮刀,刃口鋒利,所以夾角宜稍小,否則吃刀過大,刮研過相當(dāng)長的時間后,刃口磨鈍,則夾角可稍增大。
鑄鐵平板、檢驗平板、劃線平板、鑄鐵平臺、鑄鐵平尺等平直工量具都要經(jīng)過刮研達到最高精度以下6點為高精度刮研的必要步驟;
1、細刮的目的在于增加表面精度,對尺寸的影響很小,所以要注意刃口的鋒利光滑,并跟平板傾角成5°。
2、刀跡要小,約3mm寬、6mm長,每刀都應(yīng)該在點上,先在點前面落刀,在點中間用力下壓,過點抬起。刮時要按點的大小,亮暗而分輕重,大的亮點全刮,中等點中間挑開,分成兩個小點,小的黑點可以留著不刮,小的亮點輕輕刮掉,這樣大刮研點變成小點,中刮研點分成兩個小點,原來的小刮研點變成大點,原來沒有刮研點的地方也會出現(xiàn)點。
3、細刮時應(yīng)該注意溫度的變化,如果鑄鐵平板的熱處理做的很好,室溫變化不大,那么鑄鐵平板基本不會產(chǎn)生變形,但如果平板的某一部分被太陽光直接曬著,或者附近有火爐等熱源,那么鑄鐵平板就會產(chǎn)生變形。
4、刮研的點越多,刀跡應(yīng)越小,吃刀也較輕,但也不能太輕,不然刮研點不深,顯示不明顯,而且點容易磨掉,一般在0.003mm左右。
5、鑄鐵平板互相研磨時,由于本身剛度和重量的影響,底部的支點(三條腿)上的受力,往往會產(chǎn)生平板的變形。
6、細刮結(jié)束時,鑄鐵平板每25mm2的方框中將有25~30個刮研點,承壓面積約20%,平直性達到每300mm,誤差不大于0.0037mm。
在刮研鑄鐵平板時,粗刮、中刮、細刮這三個階段必須把握好。有的工人因為急于求成,在不應(yīng)該中刮時先中刮,還不應(yīng)該細刮的時候細刮了,結(jié)果大大的浪費了工時,這主要是急于增加點數(shù),而對平整性的不注意造成的。

don't lean forward too much, otherwise it is easy to backache). When pushing
forward with the right hand, the left hand and waist should be twisted slightly
to increase the thrust, otherwise the scraping and grinding can not be
sustained only by the right arm. When scraping and grinding, the angle between
the blade body and the cast iron plate is the best at -25 degrees. The newly
grinded scraper has a sharp edge, so the angle should be slightly smaller.
Otherwise, if the blade is too large and the grinding time is too long, the
edge will be blunt, and the angle will be slightly increased.
Cast iron flat plate, inspection flat
plate, scribed flat plate, cast iron platform, cast iron ruler and other
flattening measuring tools have to be scraped and grinded to achieve the highest
accuracy of the following 6 points is the necessary step for high-precision
scraping and grinding;
1. The purpose of fine scraping is to
increase the surface accuracy, which has little influence on the size.
Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the sharp and smooth edge, and
the inclination angle with the flat plate is 5 degrees.
2. The tool mark should be small, about 3
mm wide and 6 mm long. Each knife should be at the point. First, the knife
should be dropped in front of the point, pressed down in the middle of the
point, and raised at the crossing point. Scraping should be done according to
the size of the point, bright and dark, light and light, big bright spots are
all scraped, the middle of the medium point is opened, divided into two small
points, small black spots can be retained without scraping, small bright spots
are gently scraped off, so that the large scraping points become small points,
the middle scraping points are divided into two small points, the original
small scraping points become large points, the original no scraping points.
There will also be spots.
3. Attention should be paid to the change
of temperature when scraping. If the heat treatment of cast iron plate is good
and the room temperature does not change much, the cast iron plate will not
deform. But if a part of the plate is directly sunburned by the sun or there is
a furnace nearby, the cast iron plate will deform.
4. The more points of scraping and
grinding, the smaller the knife mark and the lighter the knife, but not too
light. Otherwise, the point of scraping and grinding is not deep, and the
display is not obvious, and the point is easy to wear out, generally around
0.003 mm.
5. When grinding cast iron plates with each
other, due to the influence of stiffness and weight, the force on the bottom
fulcrum (three legs) often causes the deformation of the plate.
6. At the end of fine scraping, there will
be 25-30 scraping points in every 25 mm2 square frame of cast iron slab, the
bearing area is about 20%, the flatness reaches every 300 mm, and the error is
not more than 0.0037 mm.
When scraping and grinding cast iron slabs,
the three stages of rough scraping, medium scraping and fine scraping must be
well grasped. Because some workers are eager to achieve, they should not scrape
in the middle first, and should not scrape in the fine, resulting in a great
waste of time, which is mainly caused by the rush to increase points, but not attention
to the smoothness.
