三坐標(biāo)平臺(tái)的保養(yǎng)知識(shí)

剛買的三坐標(biāo)平臺(tái)還可以，時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了，滑痕多了，原因主要是工件和工裝啊。修復(fù)采用的方法是黑膠（有黑碳粉和膠溶液2種組合），專門是粘金屬用的，調(diào)好后補(bǔ)上，注意2個(gè)問(wèn)題，1.要調(diào)干些；2.如果是邊角，要用其它輔助的平面工件檔住，防止膠流出，并要補(bǔ)高些；等膠七八成干的時(shí)候，用鋒利的新銼刀在端面輕輕的鏟刮，直至稍高于工作平臺(tái)臺(tái)面，然后再用粗、細(xì)砂布來(lái)磨削，仍然要稍高于工作平臺(tái)臺(tái)面，待膠完全干后（約24小時(shí)），再用研磨砂修研到和原平面平齊。PS用砂布砂時(shí)注意不要傷周圍好的工作面。

這種方法修補(bǔ)花崗石導(dǎo)軌非常有效，在大修測(cè)量機(jī)時(shí)一般都采用這種方法修補(bǔ)導(dǎo)軌，但是如果是鋁合金導(dǎo)軌或者鋼導(dǎo)軌，那就需要一些專用導(dǎo)軌膠了。

The three-coordinate platform just bought is OK. It takes a long time and has many sliding marks. The main reason is the workpieces and tools. The repairing method is black glue (there are two combinations of black carbon powder and glue solution), which is specially used for sticking metal. After adjusting, we should pay attention to two problems: 1. to adjust the drying; 2. if it is a corner, we should use other auxiliary plane workpiece to stop the glue from flowing out and make it higher; when the glue is 70% dry, we should use sharp new glue. The file is slightly scraped at the end until it is slightly higher than the working platform, then grinded with coarse and fine sand cloth. It is still slightly higher than the working platform. After the glue is completely dried (about 24 hours), it is grinded with grinding sand until it is even with the original surface. When PS uses sand cloth, care should be taken not to injure the surrounding good working face.

This method is very effective in repairing the granite guideway. It is generally used in repairing the measuring machine. But if it is an aluminium alloy guideway or a steel guideway, some special guideway glue is needed.
