鑄鐵平板通常采用強度較高的鑄鐵作為材質(zhì)，由于鑄鐵平板用于動力機械設(shè)備等的裝配，因此鑄鐵平板磨損速度要比檢驗平臺和劃線平臺快的多，那么鑄鐵平板的耐磨性能在一定程度上決定著它的使用壽命。為了使鑄鐵平板的使用壽命更長久，對裝配平板進行時效處理是其生產(chǎn)過程中必不可少的一項。

鑄鐵平板對精度的要求沒有檢驗平臺和劃線平臺那么高，它主要用于動力機械設(shè)備、船舶機械等的裝配以及調(diào)試工作，一般的鑄鐵平板表面會帶有T型槽，可以用來固定機械設(shè)備、機械部件等，方便裝配。鑄鐵平板還可以拼接使用，對于比較大型的機械設(shè)備裝配，當一塊鑄鐵平板不能獨立承擔(dān)裝配工作的時候，就可以將對塊鑄鐵平板拼接起來使用了。

鑄鐵平板的精度等級遵循一般鑄鐵平臺的精度劃分要求，按國家標準計量檢定規(guī)程執(zhí)行，分別為0、1、2、3四個等級。規(guī)格方面，有大多數(shù)鑄鐵平臺的通用規(guī)格，如果遇到特殊要求的規(guī)格是可以根據(jù)圖紙或用戶的要求進行特別制作的。

鑄鐵平板的保養(yǎng)方法：

鑄鐵平板適用于各種檢驗義務(wù)，精密丈量用的基準平面，用于機床機械丈量基準，檢查零件的尺寸精度或形位傾向，并作精密劃線。在機械制造中也是不可缺少的基本工具。材質(zhì)：材料為高強度鑄鐵HT200-250義務(wù)面硬度為HB160—210。經(jīng)過兩次處置(野生退火600?----700?和自然時效2---3年，使該產(chǎn)品的精度動搖，耐磨功用好。精度：按國度標準計量檢定規(guī)程實施，區(qū)分為0，1，2，3級四個級別。

鑄鐵平板的表面質(zhì)量：規(guī)格：200mm×200mm—2000mm×4000mm(特地規(guī)格可根據(jù)需方圖紙制造或單方商定消耗加工)檢驗標準：用涂色法檢驗。0級1級平板平臺在每邊為25mm平方的范疇內(nèi)不少于25點。2級平板平臺在每邊為25㎜平方的范疇內(nèi)不少于20點。3級平板平臺在每邊為25mm平方的范疇內(nèi)不少于12點。

鑄鐵平板表面不應(yīng)有銹跡、劃痕、碰傷及其他影響使用的外觀缺陷。表面不應(yīng)有砂孔、氣孔、裂紋、夾渣及縮松等鑄造缺陷。各種鑄造表面應(yīng)消除型砂、且表面平整，涂漆堅固。各棱邊應(yīng)修鈍。鑄鐵平臺在精度等級低于”00″級的平臺義務(wù)面上，關(guān)于直徑小于15mm的砂孔答使用相同的材料堵塞，其硬度應(yīng)低于周圍材料的硬度。在義務(wù)面上堵塞的部位應(yīng)未幾于周圍，其相互之間的距離應(yīng)不小于80mm。

The blocked parts on the obligatory surface should be no less than around, and the distance between them should be no less than 80 mm.
