機(jī)床墊鐵的選用方法：

按設(shè)備原有支承數(shù)，參照上表中每個(gè)墊鐵最大承載量選用所需型號(hào)。例如C620車床，機(jī)床重量2280公斤，機(jī)床支承六點(diǎn)，則2280/6=363kg，若選用SV78-100型已超載，故應(yīng)選用SV78-125型為適合。

作用方法：

安裝機(jī)床的地甚平面可以量混凝土，也可以是木質(zhì)的，要求平整結(jié)實(shí)。
安裝時(shí)，旋出調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將機(jī)床置于墊鐵的負(fù)荷盤上，然后從上面旋入螺桿。
調(diào)整機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌水平，順時(shí)針旋動(dòng)時(shí)機(jī)床上升，反時(shí)針時(shí)機(jī)床下降，調(diào)好后壓緊螺母。
在機(jī)床的安裝區(qū)域內(nèi)，如果地基平面的高度差超過本產(chǎn)品的調(diào)節(jié)范圍時(shí)，可以在機(jī)床與負(fù)荷盤間增加墊片。
機(jī)床防震墊鐵橡膠有蠕變現(xiàn)象，待經(jīng)14天趨向穩(wěn)定，故要求機(jī)床使用14天后再調(diào)整一次水平

適用范圍：

金屬加工機(jī)床，緞壓機(jī)床、紡織、印刷機(jī)械、食品加工機(jī)、橡膠機(jī)械、電線、電纜機(jī)械、發(fā)電機(jī)及重型設(shè)備。
