在球墨鑄件的鑄造的過(guò)程中，很容易的產(chǎn)生增碳缺陷，但是就現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)的球墨鑄件的鑄造水平很難的完全消失這種情況。這個(gè)問(wèn)題也是很多球墨鑄件生產(chǎn)企業(yè)不敢擴(kuò)大自己生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的一個(gè)重要的原因。

增碳缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因主要是泡沫材料含有碳，澆注時(shí)泡沫燃燒分解出游離碳，碳侵入鋼水所致。經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)其增碳有一定的規(guī)律性，即鑄件表面增碳，而心部幾乎不增碳；內(nèi)澆口附近不增碳，而離內(nèi)澆口越遠(yuǎn)，增碳越嚴(yán)重。

采取如下相應(yīng)措施，可使鑄件成分基本在工藝要求范圍內(nèi)。利用離內(nèi)澆口越遠(yuǎn)，增碳越嚴(yán)重的特點(diǎn)，在離內(nèi)澆口最遠(yuǎn)端或在鑄件的最高點(diǎn)設(shè)置冒口，使先進(jìn)入鑄件的增碳污染嚴(yán)重的鋼水進(jìn)人冒口內(nèi)，同時(shí)冒口還起到集渣、集氣的作用。

使用該工藝，可使鑄件整體含碳量控制在工藝要求范圍內(nèi)。球墨鑄件的密度非常重要，只要表面光潔，密度低，可帶來(lái)增碳低和發(fā)氣量少的好處。

This problem is also an important reason why many spheroidal graphite casting manufacturers dare not expand their production scale.

The reason for the carbon-increasing defects is mainly that the foam contains carbon, and the foam burns to decompose free carbon during pouring, and the carbon invades the molten steel. After testing, it is found that there is a certain regularity in carbon addition, that is, the surface of the casting is carbonized, and the core is hardly carbon-increasing; the carbon is not added near the ingate, and the farther away from the inner gate, the more serious the carbon is added.

Take the following corresponding measures, the casting composition can be basically within the scope of the process requirements. The farther away from the inner gate, the more serious the carbon increase is, the riser is set at the farthest point from the inner gate or at the highest point of the casting, so that the molten steel with serious carbonization pollution entering the casting first enters the riser, The riser also plays the role of collecting slag and collecting gas.

Using this process, the overall carbon content of the casting can be controlled within the process requirements. The density of spheroidal graphite castings is very important, as long as the surface is smooth and low in density, it can bring the benefits of low carbon addition and low gas generation.
