機械加工幾何尺寸、公差、形狀公差表面粗糙度按圖紙要求加工。
鐵地板每12塊組成一個整體平臺，平臺整體平面度為0.4，地板與地板之間梯形槽的對稱度為0.3，梯形槽之間底面應(yīng)在一個平面上誤差不大于0.3。
鐵地板地腳螺栓直徑為24mm，地下深度為300mm，灌漿孔￠70和鐵地板平面調(diào)整孔￠70及地腳螺栓孔加封蓋板。蓋板表面與鐵地板平面為同一平面，公差為：-0.1mm。

鐵地板工作表面做刮研處理，非工作面做防腐處理。

The iron floor anchor bolt has a diameter of 24 mm and a depth of 300 mm. The grouting hole 70 and the iron floor plane adjusting hole 70 and the anchor bolt hole are sealed. The surface of the cover plate is in the same plane as the plane of the iron floor with a tolerance of -0.1 mm.
The working surface of the iron floor is scraped and treated, and the non-working surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
