1.使用之前，先進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試，以防損壞鑄鐵平臺(tái)的工作面；
2.使用過程中要注意防潮、防腐蝕，同時(shí)注意不要將鑄鐵平臺(tái)放于過高和過低的溫度環(huán)境下存放；使用環(huán)境：

3.工件的重量不要超過鑄鐵平臺(tái)的額定載荷，以免造成工作質(zhì)量降低以及損壞鑄鐵平臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)使之變形。
4.在鑄鐵平臺(tái)使用完畢后，應(yīng)將其清洗干凈，同時(shí)作好防銹工作。
一般鑄鐵平臺(tái)的使用壽命很長，只要采用正確的方法使用和存放，鑄鐵平臺(tái)工作面的精度可以保持使用2年以上，當(dāng)精度降低時(shí)可以通過調(diào)試或刮研工藝恢復(fù)。
鑄鐵平臺(tái)的安裝步驟介紹
1、墊鐵安裝：鑄鐵平臺(tái)調(diào)至水平、負(fù)荷均勻分布于各支點(diǎn)上。環(huán)境溫度(20±5)℃。使用時(shí)應(yīng)避免振動(dòng)。鑄鐵平臺(tái)采用墊鐵安裝的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，安裝快捷、移動(dòng)方便。
2、支架安裝：鑄鐵平臺(tái)輕放到支架上、調(diào)整支架上的微調(diào)螺栓至到鑄鐵平臺(tái)水平。支架可減輕檢驗(yàn)人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。支架高度一般在500-600mm左右。
3、地錨器安裝：鑄鐵平臺(tái)可以設(shè)計(jì)地錨器安裝，首先用戶根據(jù)鑄鐵平臺(tái)的圖紙做好地基和預(yù)埋孔，然后把地錨器放到提前設(shè)置的預(yù)留孔里，將鑄鐵平臺(tái)調(diào)整水平，
4、地腳螺栓安裝：鑄鐵平臺(tái)根據(jù)用戶的要求設(shè)計(jì)安裝方式，地腳螺栓安裝。

1. Bracket installation: The cast iron

reduce the labor intensity of inspectors. The height of the stent is generally
