T型槽平板的一般驗收條件

1、觀察T型槽平板工作面不得有嚴(yán)重影響外觀和使用的砂孔、氣孔、裂紋、縮松、劃痕、碰傷、銹點等缺陷。
2、合格的T型槽平板的表面應(yīng)清除型砂且平整，涂漆牢固。
3、精度等級為0級-3級的T型槽平板工作面上，直徑小于15mm的砂孔允許用相同材料堵塞，其硬度應(yīng)小于周圍材料的硬度。工作面堵塞的砂孔應(yīng)不多于4個，且砂孔之間的間距應(yīng)不小于80mm。
4、T型槽平板應(yīng)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)細(xì)密的灰口鑄鐵或合金等材料制造，其工作面硬度應(yīng)達(dá)到170-220HB。
5、T型槽平板工作面通常應(yīng)采用刮削工藝。對采用刮削加工的3級T型槽平臺工作面，其表面粗糙度Ra的最大允許值為5um。
6、采用刮削工藝應(yīng)進(jìn)行涂色對研檢驗。對研后顯示的接觸點面積的比率見表3的規(guī)定：或者按25mm×25mm正方形面積的接觸點數(shù)見表3的規(guī)定，且任意25mm×25mm中的接觸點數(shù)之間應(yīng)不大于5點。
T型槽平板的一般驗收條件

1）毛坯:按技能需求制圖紙、按圖紙制造木型、配料、外型、烘干、澆鑄、落沙、整理、檢驗毛坯的各部位。

2）機(jī)械加工:外觀檢驗并劃線、加工、檢驗。

3）工件調(diào)平、人工刮研、檢驗科檢驗。

4）外觀處理、噴漆、包裝、入庫。

1. Observe that the T-slot plate working surface must not have defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, shrinkage, scratches, bumps, rust spots, etc. that seriously affect the appearance and use.
2. The surface of the qualified T-slot plate should be cleaned of sand and flat, and painted firmly.
3. The sand hole with a diameter of less than 15mm is allowed to be blocked with the same material, and the hardness should be less than the hardness of the surrounding material. There should be no more than 4 sand holes in the working face, and the spacing between the sand holes should be no less than 80mm.
4, T-slot plate should be made of high-quality fine gray cast iron or alloy, and its working surface hardness should reach 170-220HB.
5, T-slot plate working surface should generally use the scraping process. For the working surface of the 3-stage T-groove platform with scraping, the maximum allowable surface roughness Ra is 5um.
6, the use of the scraping process should be carried out color test. The ratio of the contact point area displayed after grinding is as specified in Table 3: or the number of contact points in a square area of 25 mm × 25 mm is shown in Table 3, and the number of contact points in any 25 mm × 25 mm should be no more than 5 points.
General acceptance conditions for T-slot plates
1) Blank: According to the skill requirements, make drawings, make wood type, batching, appearance, drying, casting, sanding, finishing and inspection of various parts of the blank according to the drawings.
2) Machining: Appearance inspection and scribing, processing, inspection.
3) Workpiece leveling, manual scraping, and inspection of the inspection department.
4) Appearance treatment, painting, packaging, storage.
