T型槽方箱適用于各種焊接裝配等工作， 各類產(chǎn)品裝配焊接時使用的基準平面，用于機床機械裝配焊接等作用，也有用作檢驗使用的T型槽平臺，檢查零件的尺寸精度或行為偏差，大多數(shù)在T型槽上設計有退絲空，方便螺栓等進出及殘渣等廢棄物的清理。是機械制造中也是不可缺少的基本工具。

T型槽方箱的材質及處理： 材質為高強度鑄鐵HT200-300，工作面硬度為HB170-240，經(jīng)過兩次人工處理（人工退火600度-700度和自然時效2-3年）使用該產(chǎn)品 的精度穩(wěn)定，耐磨性能好。

T型槽方箱說明：選用T型槽方箱平面度標準時一般根據(jù)使用情況酌情而定。3級平面度以上的平板用做檢驗、劃線、裝配等使用，3級平面度以下的T型槽平臺一 般用做鉚焊等使用。
