鑄造平臺(tái)選材技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

鑄造平臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：按JB/T7974-1999標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造；鑄造平臺(tái)材料：HT200-300。工作面采用刮研工藝，平板是用于工件檢測(cè)或劃線的平面基準(zhǔn)量具。

鑄造平臺(tái)用途：檢驗(yàn)平臺(tái)是用于工件檢測(cè)或劃線的平面基準(zhǔn)量具。

鑄造平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)：產(chǎn)品制成筋板式和箱體式，工作面有長(zhǎng)方形、正方形或圓形，工作面上可加工V形、T形、U形槽、燕尾槽、圓孔、長(zhǎng)孔等。

鑄造平臺(tái)安裝就調(diào)至水平板、負(fù)荷均勻分布于各支點(diǎn)上。環(huán)境溫度（20±5）℃。使用時(shí)應(yīng)避免振動(dòng)。

平臺(tái)規(guī)格：

①100mm×200mm-------------400mm×400mm（本規(guī)格適用于研磨壓砂平板）精度為0級(jí)、1級(jí)、2級(jí)。

②400mm×600mm-------------1500mm×2500mm（本規(guī)格適用于人工刮研平板）精度為1級(jí)、2級(jí)、3級(jí)。
③1500mm×3000mm----------2000mm×3000mm（本規(guī)格適用于人工刮研平板）精度為2級(jí)、3級(jí)、精刨。
④2000mm×4000mm----------3000mm×10000mm/4000mm×8000mm精度為3級(jí)和精刨。
