電機試驗平臺的用途：主要用于機械、電機、發(fā)動機的動力實驗，具有較好的平面穩(wěn)定性和韌性。表面帶有T型槽及螺栓孔，可以用來固定實驗設(shè)備。

電機試驗平臺按JB/T7974-1999標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造，產(chǎn)品制成筋板式和箱體式，工作面有長方形、正方形或圓形，材料HT200-300，QT400-600，ZG15-45。工作面采用刮研工藝，工作面上可加工V形、T形、U形槽、燕尾槽、圓孔、長孔等。

電機試驗平臺研制開發(fā)全部采用CAD／CAM技術(shù)。加工工藝：實型模型及工裝→實型鑄造→鑄件人工時效處理→粗加工→二次人工時效→精加工→人工刮研→檢驗合格→包裝。

該產(chǎn)品工作面采用刮研工藝，工作面上可加工V形、T型、U型槽、燕尾槽、和圓孔、長孔等。校準(zhǔn)平臺設(shè)計、安裝、調(diào)試、驗收均按中華人民共和國“JB/T7974-1999"和JB/T7975-1999檢定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及企業(yè)內(nèi)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)

精度：按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計量檢定規(guī)程執(zhí)行，根據(jù)客戶要求可加工為2級、3級、精刨。

The motor test platform is manufactured according to JB/T7974-1999 standard. The product is made of ribbed plate and box type. The working surface has rectangular, square or round shape, materials HT200-300, QT400-600, ZG15-45. The working surface adopts a scraping process, and the working surface can process V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped grooves, dovetail grooves, round holes, long holes and the like.
The development of the motor test platform uses CAD/CAM technology. Processing technology: real model and tooling → real casting → artificial aging treatment of castings → rough processing → secondary artificial aging → finishing → manual scraping → inspection qualified → packaging.
The working surface of the product adopts a scraping process, and the working surface can process V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped grooves, dovetail grooves, and round holes and long holes. The design, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the calibration platform are in accordance with the “JB/T7974-1999” and JB/T7975-1999 verification standards of the People’s Republic of China and the internal control standards of the enterprise.
Accuracy: According to the national standard measurement and verification procedures, according to customer requirements can be processed into 2, 3, fine planing.
